Sealing program
based on long-term statistics up to 80% of downtimes are caused by failure of sealing nod, which can be eliminated by analysis of sealing nod condition and preventive repackaging of problematic nods. To achieve this target it is necessary to use high quality and ecological materials with long service-life. Thanks to this program we have saved tens of millions EUR at common downtimes and reduced scope of repairs during regular downtimes scheduled for maintenance by 93%.
– Delivery of the new kamm profile packings for VVER 440 steam generators to Jaslovské Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant and Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant with total energy output of 1800 MW – 2004-2008
– Renovation of kamm profile packings in Jaslovské Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant and Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant (reduced costs by 1.5 millions EUR/block)
– Delivery of Live Loading systems for sealing of border fitting (secondary circuit), fast-acting (stand-by) fittings and main shut-off fitting on the inlet to turbine in Jaslovské Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant and Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant with energy output of 1800 MW
